Google OAuth application for Empanadeli CR order payment confirmation.
What this application does
Empanadeli CR Payment Services is a backend operations application operated by Empanadeli CR. It connects to Google so our servers can read payment confirmation messages in Empanadeli’s own business Gmail inbox (the mailbox used for SINPE Móvil and bank-transfer notifications).
When a customer pays an Empanadeli CR order by SINPE or bank
transfer, the bank emails that business inbox. This application uses
the Gmail API scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly
to detect those messages and mark the matching order as paid in our
systems.
End customers of the Empanadeli CR mobile app do not sign in to this Google OAuth application and never grant access to their personal Gmail. Only Empanadeli operators authorize this app once for the company inbox.
Google user data
The only Google user data requested is email content and metadata
from Empanadeli’s monitoring mailbox, limited to
gmail.readonly. Data is used solely to confirm payments
for Empanadeli CR orders. See our
